Plastic Bags?

Well I was reading the February issue of Teen Vogue and also looking at Spring 2011 shows and I noticed that Jill Sander and Missoni were using plastic bags on the runway! The ones for Jill Sander actually look like a colored grocery bag! First I thought WTH? Now I kinda Like the idea although I don't know if I could carry around a plastic grocery bag because I carry too much stuff It would deff Missoni Spring 2011 collection! All the colors and prints. Its so chic and comfortable looking and I freaking love the shoes with the electric bright colored heels! All the looks are so cute and fun, and I love the big floppy hats! These designs really take you somewhere looking at them.  Here's the runway show for Missoni and a few photos! rip or I'd have to double bag it like they do in the stores! ha  I would try one of those bags that are just see through but I would have to check my purse before I use it to make sure there's nothing in there that I wouldn't mind someone else seeing! Aside from the bags I really liked

 

 



Now onto Jill Sander there were so many colors and a mix of haute couture gowns with simple pieces well simple tops with couture skirts I totally loved it! I would wear any piece and the shades are super cute!

Giles Spring 2011 and Veruschka

I love Veruschka I totally agree with what she said. Which was

"Veruschka believes she was a gimmick and that designers no longer have the skills to dress women who are not children with bodies that look like ironing boards.

‘I didn’t like the make-up in the show, and didn’t think much of the dress. Now we are using the old ones, make them look great and show their power as well as their age." Veruschka is 71 years old and she was the last one in the runway show. I'm not very fond of the collection myself I didn't really like it and the make up wasn't that good either. Why would they give her that dress to wear!? Are they making a mockery of her? She believes they were I agree with her. Although she is gorgeous that dress was not the best for her!  She also says ‘'In the Sixties, fashion was about liberation. It was about setting women free; it wasn’t about being unable to walk.’'
